Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree only for end of 2023?
While lately all eyes have been on Elden Ring's DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, it's not the only project underway at From Software. At The Game Awards 2022, the studio presented Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. This surprise announcement marked the great return of a historic license for the studio, now mainly known for Souls. But the robot fighting title has been rather discreet since its announcement. We have little information about it and we still have to settle for a vague release date in 2023. But eXputer seems to have more information about it.
According to their sources, Armored Core 6 will be released in September or October 2023, more precisely at the end of September if all goes well. As a reminder, the game will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. "But what is the link with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC?" you might ask. Well, still according to eXputer, From Software has a very precise schedule in mind.
Then Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
The idea is to release Armored Core 6 before Shadow of the Erdtree. A priori, the DLC should not be released before the end of 2023, or even later. How about a release on the game's second anniversary, who knows? Nevertheless, From Software has been accustomed to DLCs arriving faster. For Souls, the first additional content arrived the year of its release. If this is not the case for Elden Ring, it is hard to see the DLC coming two years after the game was released. We remind you that the information from eXputer should of course be taken with caution.
Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree only for end of 2023?
As a reminder, Shadow of the Erdtree, unveiled a year after the release of Game of the Year 2022, remains very mysterious today. It is still necessary to be satisfied with a simple visual, which some have hastened to analyze but without being able to draw precise information from it. We are therefore impatiently waiting for From Software to tell us more, even if the next communications should rather focus on Armored Core 6.
